Doctor on a video call with a patient
How it works

Getting care after an accident, made simple

From your first message to your treatment plan, everything happens on your phone. No waiting rooms, and nothing to pay upfront.

Step by step

What happens after you reach out

1. Reach out

Send us a message or ask your attorney to send us your details. We'll text and email you to get started.

2. Fill out your forms

We'll text and email you secure links to sign four short forms and answer questions about the accident, where it hurts and your health history. It works on any phone, at your own pace.

3. See your doctor

A licensed doctor reviews your answers and sees you by video. If a live visit is needed, you'll get a link to pick a time that works for you.

4. Start feeling better

Your doctor makes a plan for your injuries, which may include therapy, specialists, scans, equipment or medication. We send a copy of your records to you and your attorney.
