Licensed doctor ready to evaluate an injured client
For attorneys & law firms

Prompt care for your client. Complete records for your case.

Refer an injured client and we take care of the rest: onboarding, a video visit with a licensed doctor, signed documentation, and delivery of the full records package to your firm.

Why firms refer to us

Early, documented care without the paperwork chase

Prompt evaluation and clear documentation help show the connection between the incident and the injury.

Care starts quickly

Your client's forms go out as soon as we have the referral. No office visit, no appointment backlog.

No chasing records

Signed notes, referral letters, claim forms, bills and the lien arrive together in one delivery.

Consistent, signed documentation

Diagnoses, referrals and bills all trace back to one doctor-signed clinical note.

Proof of delivery

Records are sent by tracked email, so you have a time-stamped record of what was delivered and when.

The referral process

Four steps, start to finish

1. Send the referral

Your client's name, mobile number and email, plus the date and type of incident.

2. We onboard your client

They sign their forms electronically and complete a secure health questionnaire.

3. Doctor visit

A licensed doctor evaluates your client by video and signs the clinical note and referrals.

4. Records and invoice

You receive the records package, and an invoice payable from the recovery under the LOP.

What you receive

The records package

Sent to your firm and your client once the doctor signs.

Letter of Protection & lien

The signed LOP and lien documents.

Signed clinical note

The evaluating doctor's signed clinical note.

Referral letters

One signed letter for each recommended type of care.

Claim forms

Standard claim forms with diagnosis codes from the signed note.

Itemized bill

A line-item statement, matched to the invoice.

Proof of delivery

Showing what was delivered, to whom and when.

Billing under the Letter of Protection

  • Your client pays nothing upfront.
  • Bills are created only after a doctor signs the clinical note.
  • One invoice per case, issued to your firm.
  • Payable from the recovery; your client remains responsible under the LOP.

Independent clinical judgment

A medical record is only as valuable as its integrity. Our doctors document what the patient reports and what the evaluation shows.

  • Diagnoses and referrals are decided and signed by a licensed doctor.
  • Referral sources never influence clinical findings.
  • Every recommendation states the reason it was made.
